I made the Guinness cake on March 12th for my husband Derek's birthday, hes a Cork Man and quite partial to a pint of Guinness as I´m sure you can see. The cake was superb, such an easy mix and super moist.... we also loved the whipped cream cheese topping. You might just be able to see I also used your top tip on making a homemade cake stand with an upturned cup!
