I wanted to try this recipe as Nigella's strawberry passionfruit pavlova is very popular in our house. So I made this for me and my husband's 4th wedding anniversary and he enjoyed it very much. I added half a teaspoon of chili powder to the meringue but I could have been more brave as it disappeared in the meringue. The pansies I added for decoration. This will not be the last time I use this recipe.
