Excuse the shoddy photo and the overwhipped cream, but this was the first pavlova (and one of the first Nigella recipes) that my 13 year old self had ever made. Nowadays, as an 18 year old, I’m proud to say my baking skills have improved immensely, thanks to the skills and inspiration of Nigella!
