A beautiful lemony pavlova topped with luscious lemon curd and soft peaked cream, finished with flaked almonds and sweet strawberries. I’m 12 years old and followed the recipe word for word in order to achieve a successful pavlova. Can’t wait to do next months challenge! I used a conventional oven for this bake and I would definitely recommend doing so!

Fabulous presentation ant any age, but especially at 12 years old. I see a Pastry Chef in the making! Keep up the good work!
