My first pavlova! This is a variant of the Lemon Pavlova recipe based on what was in my kitchen... I made some lemony whipped cream with the zest of 1 lemon, a squeeze of half a lemon, and some powdered sugar. Oh, and a dash of some homemade plum wine instead of vanilla. I topped it off with mango slices and toasted almond and coconut. The hue is a bit pink because I used some "raw sugar" in the pavlova. The outcome was imperfect, but this was terrific fun to make!
