This pavlova brought some sunshine in the snowy April in Canada! I made this from scratch. I added nests filled with homemade strawberry jelly (as I did not have fresh strawberries and made it from frozen ones), mint and candied lemon zest. It’s heavenly and we all enjoyed it so much!
