My very first Pavlova. I made my own Lemon Curd with the last of my Meyers lemons for the season, and topped it with Toasted, sweetened Coconut instead of the toasted Almonds... Otherwise I followed the recipe. Hubby was very impressed and we both enjoyed it. Thx for the fun, impressive, and yummy dessert recipe.
