I made this delicious lemon pavlova for an Easter family get together. My twist on the recipe was to top the lemon curd with cream that had fresh passionfruit folded through it, and then sprinkled with toasted coconut flakes. The glass serving plates belonged to my late mother, and the cake server was my grandmothers. I love to use them for special occasions
