I took this along to supper with friends on Saturday .... it was a fabulous hit. Not too sweet with that tang of lemon in the meringue and the topping. The crunchy flaked almond topping just finished it off - will definitely be making this again. Was fabulous eating this round a fire pit and can imagine eating this in the height of summer too in the garden. Thank you - Joanna
