It is deep autumn here, cold and wet. So for the grown ups, Italian limoncello was snuck in to replace rose water to mark the lemon season. Then fresh rosemary tips from my own garden keep pistachio company. The baking time is longer than what the recipe calls, maybe because my oven is different. The cake turned out surprisingly good. I am very impressed with my first no flour no oil cake. Thank you
