Pear, pistachio & rose cake (sans rose). Unable to source rose water locally so adapted recipe and substituted with orange blossom water instead. Also used some home made apricot & rum jam to glaze the cake with an extra boozy kick! It’s delicious but will definitely be making again to the original recipe when I have rose water in the larder!
