I enjoyed baking this cake ! So many wonderful flavors. Perfect to eat a slice with some hot mint tea. The roses came from our rose bushes so although not edible, I hope they make the cake look pretty . Ian planning on sharing the cake this evening with my friends at bookclub. This is out first meeting after not being able to meet in person for over a year . It seems a celebratory cake for a celebratory occasion.
