I have been lusting after this cake for a few years since I first got my copy of At My Table. Finally an excuse to make it; I have been invited to tea with some friends I have not seen in 16 months! What a better way to celebrate women and friendship! This cake is as luscious and easy as I imagined and equally as alluring. I am making a batch of that apricot glaze and spreading it on everything!
