Pear, Pistachio and Rose Cake that I made for mothers day. I added a few pomegranate seeds to add a burst of brightness and recognise the jewels in all moms. I used the syrup from lime and lemon marmalade and honey with the rosewater and lemon juice instead of the apricot jam and it added a subtle but lovely flavour. It was devoured and loved by all.
