The flavors remind of something like Turkish delight or a treat you'd find in the bazaar in Istanbul. Fantastic easy recipe to whip up in the food processor. I'm glad I found those little pretty little rosepetal sprinkles in Waitrose's Really moist and gluten free to boot awesome recipe. Smells divine.
