As someone who has not done much baking before the pandemic, I am very much inspired by Nigella and some others who have selflessly given their time and passion to baking. Very happy to have come across this Pistachios, pear and rose cake recipe that is also gluten free. The only variation that I have made is to add an additional layer with muscat-mascarpone cream between the layers (as described in the How to be a domestic Goddess book by Nigella). Thanks so much Nigella for your inspiring recipes!
