This recipe makes a lovely cake. The rose water made it fragrant, like spring, but was not overpowering. Using a food processor meant the batter was ready by the time the oven finished preheating. Mine needed a bake time of 65 minutes at 320 °F convection. Our fruit trees are in bloom, so I decorated the top with pear and apple blossoms. Thank you for this delicious addition to our go-to recipes.
