Raspberry and Lemongrass Trifle I enjoyed making this its been a very long time since I had a trifle, this was enough of a trifle to still be nostalgic taking me back to my grannies sherry trifle , and fresh and different enough to not be my grannies sherry trifle ;) if you get my drift. I followed the recipe without changes, I just added crushed dehydrated raspberries on top to add a little colour. Easy to make and tasted great.
