This white chocolate cheesecake was so easy to make (wish I know about this as student who didn't own oven), but that didn't compromise the flavour. My whole family really enjoyed it. I couldn't use the ginger biscuits as they are not really available in my local supermarket, but plain milk biscuits worked just fine and I add some fresh fruit from garden. Thank you Nigella!
