I’m not ready to bid adieu to the yellow beauty of mango… who knew that mango on this lovely white chocolate cheesecake would look so gorgeous! The gingery base with the comforting white chocolate made the cheesecake a showstopper, while the mango was a cherry on top I’m so thankful to Nigella for this easy-peasy recipe!
