With the bad summer weather here in Belgium, I couldn't harvest many strawberries and I only got a few redcurrants from the small bush in the garden of my father in law, so I put those red fruits in the middle to stand out to the storebought fruit. And you can't see it in the picture, but this tart contains my first ever homemade lemon curd!
