Made for my husband’s birthday. His favourite cake. I stick to the recipe as it works so well. You can’t have too many malteser’s on the top and the left overs always get eaten from a pot next to it. A bit of cream or ice cream always goes down well with left over cake the next day. It never goes wrong. We love it.
