A quick and simple bake. I packed the cake up with some paper plates and napkins and brought it to the finish line of the Ragnar Reach the Beach run. My sister and her team ran a 200 mile relay and we’re happy to celebrate with cake and Prosecco. We handed out leftovers to other runners at nearby tables. The frosting method was so easy and effective - I can’t wait to use it again.
