When pandemic baking started, after the obvious attempt at banana bread this was my first bake. I stressed so much baking it but it turned out perfectly. The icing took a while to set but the again Nigella does mention that. I baked this for my new partners family and they are all off the impression I'm a skilled baker. Shhhhh.
