I have made this delicious pumpkin pie following the recipe to celebrate my mom's 60 birthday because pumpkins are her favourite fruit of the season and what a better ocassion to bake it than for this special birthday. I changed the biscuits for some cinamon cookies to add more flavour and it was delicious and I have decorated it with some Halloween pumpkins. I am a big fan of Nigella since I was a kid and I would be thrilled to have a signed copy of any of your books. Every time I get a chance I look for any of your books.
