I made the pumpkin purée myself, which gave me the advantage of adding a generous splash of maple syrup in it. The maple gave the cheesecake a nice autumnal flavour. I topped my cheesecake with some steamed pumpkin cubes and a few mint leaves to give some colour and freshness.
