I loved making this cake. I did need to cook the cakes an extra 10 minutes but this did not add affect the result. Ermine icing - wow never used the recipe before and it work well. So easy. A bit tricky icing it on a warm day here in Australia just made sure the air conditioning was on high. Served it to my girlfriends at a gathering when our hubbies were all attending the Ashes cricket and they loved it.
