Was delighted to find this vegan cake recipe - as my daughter follows a mainly vegan diet - but my husband and I are also gluten free so I substituted ordinary plain flour for Doves Farm GF plain flour to make it both vegan and gluten free. Was thrilled with the texture and rise of the cake.
