The white icing and pink sprinkles reminded me of the winterlude decorations that are on display here in Canada. The dough was easy to work with, and it didn't take long to make a batch. The addition of rosewater gave the biscuits a delicate flavour and fragrance, and go perfectly with a cup of Earl Grey.
