Made with my husband for a Valentine’s Day treat. Kept the icing simple (too cack handed to get complicated!) but couldn’t resist glamming them up with some shimmer! You might want to adjust the amount of rosewater to personal taste/strength of rosewater. We like the full on Turkish Delight flavour, which is unusual in a biscuit.
