This was surprisingly simple to make but oh so very rich, moreish and swiftly demolished by my Northern Irish loved ones “Oooo’ing” and “Ahh’ing” with each delectable bite. Being Belfast born and bred, I likened it to the ‘Titanic’ - a magnificent, glorious spectacle to behold, top class crafting from the finest materials by 100% Northern Irish hands but went down shockingly fast on her maiden voyage, not a crumb to be found, and is now resigned to history! Happy St Patrick’s Day!
