This cake is the most delicious cake ever. I pimp up the frosting with a measure of Irish Cream Liqueur. I've also made and plonked some chocolate Shamrocks over the top. I'm gifting it to my good friend Maggie to help her celebrate St. Patricks Day with her friends and family. xXx
