I discovered this recipe years ago- I adapted it- it has become a popular request by family & friends. I pair it with a Bailey's, swiss meringue style frosting. The cake in this photo has a Bailey's chocolate ganache on the Guinness chocolate cake with white chocolate chips. I have taken it to work several times for my nurse colleagues on the night. I have also made it into cupcakes. Fabulous recipe!
