Ok so it's Black Forest Guinness Cake - extra large. A semi German friend wanted a Black Forest Gateau for his birthday but after having Nigellas Guinness cake, The dry old pseudo choc sponge you're supposed to use tastes like old bath sponge, So I used two double quantity Guinness cakes to create this with a single quantity of icing and added cherry compote, I'm afraid my Icing skills are zero and my Cherry 50 slid, but it tasted amazing.
