Due to a mini egg shortage we used smarties chocolate orange eggs. The vibrant orange popped against the chocolate and the orange taste complimented the chocolate cake base. Cooked predominantly by my 14 year old daughter with me taste testing along the way! We thought strawberries or raspberries for a topping at a different time of year!
