This is a Chocolate Orange flavoured version of the cake as weirdly I couldn't find any normal mini eggs in Asda! I did however spy some Terry's Chocolate Orange ones! This made me think about swapping out the vanilla extract for orange extract in the cake mix and Cointreau in the chocolate cream topping! It worked a treat, my husband loves it, as do I, a culinary triumph!!!
