Had to make a few changes to the recipe due to the lack of specific ingredients in Thailand were we don’t celebrate Easter (no sugar eggs, no double cream, etc.) So instead of the nice and rich chocolate cream on Nigella’s recipe, I made a mascarpone straciatella cream.
