Second Easter making this… checked out the recipe in Nigella Bites first but found my notes in Feast… (about the cream filling and texture… had mild heart attack first time around as the chocolate solidified in the cream!). Such a lush chocolate flourless cake… heavy dark intense chocolate ‘fluffied’ by the egg whites whisked and gently folded. Decadent and fun… now a firm family fave:)
