It's a "Bunny-Diggin Easter Treat" I was not able to find very good quality chocolate to melt and therefor used normal chocolate slabs. The melted chocolate did not mix perfectly with the cream however the taste and texture were still wonderful. As I am German I felt it necessary to use handcrafted sweet filled eggshells (the bunny bums) in my creation!
