Easily the most delicious cheesecake I've ever had and the toffee sauce tops it off beautifully. I added some walnut halves around the edge of the cheesecake for that additional crunch. I also made a couple of smaller ones with dark chocolate included in the base and drizzled over the top: very nice, but not as good as the toffee version! Thank you, Nigella, for the recipe.
