This was such an easy cheesecake to make. I was nervous about using clingfilm instead oven but it worked well. When finished the cheesecake I couldn't stop at just a little of the amber toffee goodness - I just lathered it all over. I was surprised at how strong the banana flavour was - it was delicious! My niece and nephews devoured it!
