Hi, I decided to make this cheesecake for my parents- to their 43th wedding anniversary, which was today. I made my toffee sauce, because in our country (Slovakia) I did not find a golden syrup in stores. So I made caramel and added an unsalted butter and double cream. It taste delicious :-) Then I did banana drawings from dark chocolate on the top of the cake. My parents liked the cake, so thank you for your recipe! :-)
