Celebrating Jubilee weekend here in Sydney with a traditional strawberry jam and cream filling. Although I usually use Country Women’s Association recipes for baking, Nigella’s Victoria Sponge always works best. My eight year old said if he had 137 fingers he would have held all of them up to score it.
