I thought what may make my entry mine..so I thought I'm Canadian and from the Maritimes! Since making the tart itself was pretty "No fuss", I added a little fuss to the decoration. So...my tart has a Canadian flag maple leaf surrounded by the blue water and fish of the Maritimes.
