This was my first ever baking experience, I've been working hard on expanding my cooking recently using Nigellas books and this was an experience that I had put off out of sheer fear! I LOVED it. It was complex in a way that let my brain breathe, it was understandable and I could see every step in my mind. It went perfectly and I'm so glad I chose this for my first ever entry too!
