I baked mine in a muffin pan with a little extra addition mixture! Just a little more lemon zest and more butter for that little ''briochey'' feel, and we all loved the result! Crisp on the outside, so buttery and so tasty. Perfect pair with coffee and a few pieces were brought to work for my better half's breakfast the following day. Thank you, Nigella!
