Each Nigella recipe has given me the confidence to trust myself and try something outside of my comfort zone. This is my first ever cake, it's my first ever time sculpting something out of food and it's the first time I paint with food dye... The experience was thrilling and extremely fun while also being so satisfying. And the bonus is that everyone at work said it was DELICIOUS.
