Nigella's Pumpkin Bundt Cake in a slightly different shape. I used a 2/3 quantity of the recipe to adjust to the "harvest" loaf pan (a 2lb size pan/6 cups capacity). Just awaiting a dusting of confectioners' sugar before it joins the Thanksgiving dessert table. Happy Thanksgiving!
