Nigella’s recipes are always easy to follow. I bought half pumpkin in local market on Saturday and plan to make it as my Sunday baking day. Although, I couldn’t find all the spices here in Biak, Papua, Indonesia. I went ahead and bake it, never have I imagined that mixing pumpkin with orange can be so delicious.
