PUMPKIN BUNDT CAKE The cake itself was made exactly per Nigella’s recipe. From there I deviated to top it with a maple syrup cream cheese icing. This complimented the cake exquisitely. Rather than top it with chocolate I opted for the perfect topping…pumpkin seeds! Chocolate was used however for the stem to complete the transformation into the cake’s namesake.
